Made of double-curved moulded wood (French fire resistance classification: M3).
The wood comes from forest by-products that can easily be recycled. Moulded wood is a high-performing material that causes no harm to the environment.
Some seat pan bases are made of high-frequency pressed beech plywood (French reaction to fire classification: M3);
Others have a flat plywood base that is 18mm thick.
Our armrests are made from solid beechwood. Side panels are made from plywood and are fully upholstered.
We source our metal components from the same company as French luxury furniture manufacturer Ligne Roset.
Polyurethane CMHR foam is cut into the required shape. HR quality; various thicknesses are available to suit your needs. (French reaction to fire classification: M2)
The fabric is quilted and pasted on a foam mesh (French fire classification M2), in accordance with the NF D 60 013 Protocol, Article AM18. A variety of designs is available from a wide range of upholsterers
